Emergency Medical Services Corporation (EMS) (the “Company”) today announced that its American Medical Response, Inc. ("AMR") subsidiary has entered into an agreement as a preferred provider for medical transportation services with SunBridge Healthcare Corporation (“SunBridge”). SunBridge and its affiliates collectively operate more than 200 long-term and post-acute care centers with approximately 22,000 operating beds in 25 states.
